MODEL# NITROKITG
The NITROKITG is expertly designed to help technicians identify leaks in automotive air conditioning systems, particularly when the system fails a vacuum test due to a large leak. This kit enables technicians to locate leaks in both R1234yf and R134a A/C systems quickly and efficiently.
By utilizing nitrogen gas with a maximum pressure of 200 PSI, the NITROKITG generates pressure within the refrigerant circuit using a locally sourced compressed nitrogen cylinder. The system is connected through a nitrogen pressure reducer, a 200 PSI gauge with a regulator, and a filler hose equipped with a quick-release coupling adapter for ease of use. When the nitrogen pressure reaches its maximum level, the sound of escaping gas at the leak point helps the technician accurately pinpoint the location.
For smaller leaks, the NITROKITG can also be used with Tracer Gas (a mixture of 5% Hydrogen and 95% Nitrogen) in conjunction with the LDA1000H Leak Detector to find the precise leak point.

- High-quality 1-valve manifold with a 0-200 PSIG 3-1/8” gauge for accurate pressure readings.
- 6’ premium red service hose for secure connections.
- 15’ yellow hose assembly with ¼” MPT x ¼” coupler and a high side automotive snap coupler.

Additional Applications: The NITROKITG is compatible with Tracer Gas (5% Hydrogen, 95% Nitrogen) and can be used with the LDA1000H Leak Detector for detecting smaller leak points that might not be apparent with just nitrogen.
