SHIPPING

We ship select items with FREE Shipping only within the 48 contiguous USA states.   For orders with Freight Shipment, you will be notified on check out to request a shipping quote.  Your order will not be complete until we email you a total charge including Shipping and taxes if applicable.  If you are happy with the price you can go ahead and complete your checkout.  

We only Ship Freight LTL to a business address.    We do NOT SHIP any freight LTL to a Residential address.  LTL orders will go to either a customer’s business where there is a forklift available on site or DIRECTLY TO THE LTL / FREIGHT Terminal for w/c pick up. If you live in a residential address and have NO COMMERCIAL ADDRESS-Your order will not be processed until you provide a valid business address.

Single items that qualify for FREE FREIGHT will be marked to that effect. You will assume all other orders will be shipped F.O.B. { FREIGHT ON BOARD } Or the Customers pays the shipping.  Bundled items that qualify for Free freight from the manufacturer will receive a phone call notifying the customer of NO-FREIGHT.

Customer are also responsible for installation of products, unless otherwise agreed to.  If you are not available at the time of delivery and there is extra storage or delivery charges, you will be responsible for any extra fees incurred. 

LTL Freight charges will be agreed upon with the buyer prior to shipment and payment of the item.

DELIVERY

Notify us within 24 hours If we shipped you the incorrect item.  We will at that time determine the path of least resistance to make your happy at no extra charge. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to ship the item back.

Customers should inspect their package thoroughly and should notify us within 24 to 48 hours of any defects; damages or missing items. Unless noted in the listing, all items are Brand New Factory Sealed in the Original Manufacturers Packaging.   Please email us photos of any items you received with issues..

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery and refuse any shipment that is damaged. If you notice the package has some damage, please make sure to write it on the delivery note. 

Delivery time for free standard shipping is estimated between 5 to 10 business days unless there are extenuating circumstances with the shipping carrier.  Most heavy items are shipped via a LTL freight company which can take a little longer than standard shipping.   Items shipped via freight can take anywhere between 7-14 days, but on occasion can take up to 21 days depending on various factors.

Customer are responsible for unloading heavy truck freight shipments from the delivery truck, unless other arrangements have been made (ie:Lift gate delivery).

RETURN

Repquip has a 30 day return policy. If you are over the 30 days return period, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  The package should also be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

No returns will be accepted without a prior RMA authorization number from Repquip.  Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

Products cannot be returned if the item was damaged due to the negligence of the customer.

When a RMA is approved, the returned item must be shipped back at the buyers own expense within 7 days. If the package is not returned on time ,we will not process the refund and you will have to send us a label to return the item back to you.  Please notify us the return tracking number as soon as possible. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance in case the package is damaged during transit.   

All Ground returns should be shipped to :Repquip Returns Department , 994 Milledgeville Rd. Suite C, Eatonton, GA 31024. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

LTL Returns will need prior approval as well so we can give you a  different return address.

REFUND

All defective items will be thoroughly checked when we receive the item back before we process any exchange or refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).    There may be a restocking fee up to 20% depending on various Factors.

Once the package is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   The processing of the refund can take anywhere between 4 to 7 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund please contact us at support@repquip.com or call us at Tel  1 855 320 7276 .

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  Coupons and Sales items can not be combined.

TAXES 

Repquip is required to charge applicable state and local tax on every item shipped to an address in the state of Georgia.  It may be required by your state that you report all purchases of tangible personal property that are not taxed by the retailer and pay sales or use tax on those purchases unless exempt under your state laws. Please contact your states tax or revenue department for all questions regarding taxation of Internet, catalog or other remote purchases that have not been charged by Repquip.

Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. Prices and specifications subject to change without notice.

In the event that Repquip listed an incorrect price in error that is much lower than the MSRP or if we uploaded an incorrect picture for a different listing, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.  If you credit card was charged, you will be issued a full refund.

WARRANTY

Repquip is an Authorized dealer for most products we sell.  These items come with the Manufacturer's warranty which in most cases is valid within the first year of purchase. The manufacturer's warranty is only covered within the 48 Contiguous USA states. Please check with us prior to a purchase if you have any questions and would like to know if a product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty,  Please read the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions carefully before sending an item in for repair under the warranty. If an item is damaged due to the customer's negligence, this will not be covered under the manufacturers warranty.
