The Autel MaxiSYS IA900AST is a complete four-wheel alignment and All-Systems ADAS calibration package. It combines the IA900WA robotic alignment and calibration frame, a comprehensive set of targets, patterns, mats, stands, and calibration components, plus the MaxiSYS ULTRAADAS wireless diagnostic tablet and MaxiFLASH VCI. Preloaded wheel-alignment and ADAS software allow technicians to perform advanced diagnostics, precise alignments, and complete ADAS calibration procedures through one integrated system and workflow.
Six high-resolution positioning and tracking cameras measure wheel-alignment angles and automatically monitor vehicle height as the shop lift is raised or lowered. Robotic frame movement, automatic crossbar positioning, and optical target-position validation help establish the correct frame angle, distance, and offset before calibration. Alignment readings are accurate to 0.02 degrees for fast, precise, and repeatable results.
The included 24 in. frame-mounted touchscreen can cast to and from the ULTRAADAS tablet, allowing technicians to control the workflow from either display. Illustrated alignment instructions, live readings, required tools, adjustment locations, vehicle-inspection information, and step-by-step ADAS calibration procedures are displayed through the MaxiSYS interface.
